A Nursing Discourse: the SHOCK Phenomenon

Our topic for today shows a hypothetical situation wherein a patient was brought to the Emergency room after an accident.

As a nurse, it's important to identify the Vital signs and which ones are presenting as grave danger that could eventually lead to SHOCK

Shock is a lifethreathening condition that results from inadequate supply or blood or cellular respiration (Wiki) It's our body's physiological and "automatic" way of compensating with a blood loss or circulatory problem.
Remember that the most important things to do when responding to shock is:

Manage Infections
Oxygenation
Nutrition
Support
